Losing more… to avoid ‘wasting’ some

Losing more… to avoid ‘wasting’ some

👉 A classic gym owner mistake: losing more… to avoid ‘wasting’ some.

You would be amazed at how often we hear this at Quoox, and how many business owners voluntarily choose the path of continued pain.

Continued wastage.
Continued chaos.
Continued member losses.
Continued stress.

When we posted this on LinkedIn, one guy replied:

I would love to know in what world, paying for two services, is cheaper than paying for one…….

But it is absolutely true. Let’s bring in Carol to do the maths:

  • You are paying [x] for the gym management system you are in a committed contract for. But it’s suffered from a lack of innovation and is a bit behind the times.
  • So, in addition to that, you’re also having to pay [2x] per month for other products to support the weaker base product.
  • At this point you’re paying [3x] per month, of which [x] you’re stuck with for a bit.
  • Along comes GymOS, also costing [x].
  • You use GymOS alongside your original contracted system. This saves you from needing the additional [2x] of software, so even by paying for two products, it has saved you [2x] in other product costs.
  • At this point you are paying [2x] per month, already a saving of [x].
  • Then, your contract on your original software expires, so you go from [2x] to [x] per month. A saving of [2x] from where you were originally.
  • But, from the point you moved to GymOS, you also started saving a ton of time. You save another [x]!
  • At this point, the GymOS is effectively paying for itself.
  • But wait, there’s even more…. with improved member retention and other benefits that you didn’t get to enjoy previously, you’re making even more money.  GymOS is effectively making you money!
